Sometimes you just need a quiet place to land for a while. This is a non-live session, with no video call or real-time connection, offering a calm, nurturing space for Reiki shared remotely. Simply allow yourself to slow down, soften your breath, and receive supportive energy right where you are. There is nothing you need to do — just an opportunity to pause and be held in quiet attention. When you book, please choose the day you would like your session to take place and select any available time slot on chosen day. During our initial email exchange, you may share the time range that works best for you on that day, and I will confirm the session accordingly. At the agreed time, I hold a focused, intentional space and share Reiki with steadiness and presence — without any live interaction required from you. This gentle, non-live approach supports deep relaxation, eases tension, and encourages the body’s natural return to rest and balance, in your own space, in your own way. After your session, you may receive a follow-up email sharing any impressions that emerged, offering space for reflection and integration if you feel called. As you prepare, simply choose a cozy space where you feel safe and free from distractions. You’re welcome to rest during your chosen window, though nothing is required of you.
